The Art of Exotic Dancing for Everyday Women Delivers just what it claims. Easy to follow and tasteful...opens up a whole new world of sensuality. Highly recommend this for any woman looking for new avenues of expression
So-So. .. Points for clear instruction and using real women, but it is slow and the dancing is interspersed with testomonials from the women in the class/dancers, during which you are suppose to keep practicing the moves. At time it felt more like a documentary than an instructional DVD. It would be nice if the DVD offered just all the moves and how to do them as an option to learning the moves and listening to the dancers talk. The moves were pretty basic and uncomplicated. The main drag was stopping every few minutes to fast forward through the dancer/students "tips".
too basic I was very disappointed in this DVD. The moves they teach, as few as they were,my grandmother could perform. You require no coordination at all. The majority of this DVD was was filled with testimonials from the students that said how great the DVD was and how sexy they felt. It isn't even worth considering. |
