Didn't have any problems with assembly

I assembled the cart with no problems. However, I can see how there might be problems if any of the tubes become slightly crimped on the ends. I guess it's luck of the draw. All issues of assembly aside, this is a great cart. I use it as a potting bench and it has a great deal of storage and bench top recesses for my shears, fertilizers, and other random stuff. Great price too, compared to the more expensive potting bench by suncast. I like how it rolls too, I leave mine in my garage in front of my water shut-off valve so it's nice to be able to roll it out of the way with ease.

nice and roomy

This cart has sturdy construction and good room inside it. I like the fact you can wheel it around too. Because it was my first amazom purchase I even got a discount!!

Buy only if you're a glutton for punishment!

This was without a doubt the most poorly designed piece of garbage I've ever been stupid enough to buy. The basic problem was that the plastic-coated metal poles - which have to slide down the openings on each corner to hold this thing together - would not slide thru the plastic openings, which were just barely large enough to hold the poles. The only way I could get the poles in place was to use a sledge hammer and pound with all my strength. And, of course, the poles had to be pounded down far enough so that when the top was installed on them, it would fit snugly over the bottom storage area. There was some little plastic "wrench" included for some reason. I assume it must have been a joke on the part of the assembly workers, since it served no purpose whatsoever. I had to use a screwdriver (to snap the sides in place), a wrench (to loosen the rings), and the aforementioned sledge hammer. So, if you buy this, make sure you have these tools available and are ready for a heavy duty workout. It's a pretty good stress reliever, though.
