Good service The first pair of shears I received weren't working properly, but I called the 800 number of the package and was immediately sent another pair--and they work great. I particularly like the long blade and the ability for the blade to swivel.
swivel grass shares does not operate properly. the blades do not close all the way. a defective product but amazon's return policy is so convoluted that i can't waste my time trying to return it for the cost of the item.
broken Our shears worked well enough, for a time this summer. They they broke in half. Not very sturdy, I'd say. |
