Both entertaining and informative This expose of Star Trek fandom was interesting and well-done.^M
An honest and worthwhile look into human behavior TREKKIES makes an effort to present a balanced look at folks from all parts of the Star Trek fan spectrum, but interviews with some of the crazier people seem to dominate. There are many positives in the film, valuable insights, glimpses into the minds of Trek cast and crew. Scotty's interview is the most genuine and heart warming. There are interesting cameos of people who simply enjoy attending the conventions to folks who have made Star Trek their religion. TREKKIES is an honest and worthwhile look into human behavior.^M
